Option 1 - Pick Up (Free)
Free contactless pick up is available from our studio in Camberwell VIC 3124. Instructions will be provided to you if you choose this option.
Collection times are available during the following 1 hour windows below. You must be allocated a time slot by us prior to picking your order up.

Option 2 - Delivery/Courier
Our door-to-door courier service aims to give you complete peace of mind when it comes to ensuring your cake arrives safely. We highly recommend this option especially if you haven’t had any experience handling and transporting cakes.
Where do you deliver to and how much do you charge?
As a general rule, we service suburbs within a 30 km radius from our studio in Camberwell VIC 3124, although deliveries beyond this radius will also be considered on a case-by-case basis.
The table and accompanying map below illustrates our main service areas as well as examples of estimated fees. Please note that the fees below are intended as a guide only. The final fee for delivery will be calculated once you have sent in an order enquiry and a specific delivery address is provided.

Can I request for my order to be delivered at a specific time?
As our deliveries are fulfilled by a third party service provider, unfortunately we cannot guarantee that orders can be delivered at a specific time (which is why we can only offer ‘windows’), and it is important that someone is available within those time periods to collect the order (unless you have provided ‘Authority to Leave’ permission - see below).
Can I request to leave my order unattended (Authority to Leave)?
Yes, you can. Whilst completing an order enquiry form you have the option to select ‘Authority to Leave’, which gives us permission to pass this instruction on to our couriers. Please do this at your own risk, as neither ourselves or the courier will be responsible for anything that may happen to your order whilst it is unattended.
Please note that this option is not available for high rise addresses such as apartments.
What are your delivery hours?
All deliveries are scheduled to leave our studio in various windows. As mentioned above, all deliveries are completed in windows and we are unable to guarantee specific delivery times. We recommend choosing the most appropriate delivery window to ensure that your order arrives within any timing that works best for you.
